What a delightful stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel! the staff's friendliness truly made me feel at home during my business trip. the comfortable beds were a lifesaver after my outpatient medical procedure, and the quiet hallways provided the perfect environment for relaxation. the location was superb, and the blackout blinds ensured a restful night's sleep past 7 am. Special kudos to Luce for her exceptional service in a busy environment, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Ivory at the front desk also deserves praise for her helpfulness and dedication to resolving our reservation issue. And the farm-to-table American cuisine at Alexander's Bar and Grill was a culinary delight. Overall, a rewarding experience at this conveniently located hotel in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, perfect for both work and leisure travelers alike.
